Nicole Rhodes

Nicole’s healthcare journey began in 2003 while studying at East-West University in Chicago, Illinois. A Grand Rapids native, she returned to her Michigan roots to pursue her passion in the field with positions spanning medical billing, revenue cycle training, and coding instruction all while demonstrating leadership in supervisor and manager roles and mentoring the next generation. 

During her 20 years of experience, Nicole earned her Masters in Healthcare Administration from University of Pheonix and continually sharpens her skills, having earned multiple certifications: CRCR Certified Revenue Specialist from Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) from National Healthcare Association (NHA).

Tina Jones

Tina’s passion for healthcare began in 2008, when she studied Medical Coding/Healthcare Support Services at West Michigan Center for Arts and Technology and obtained her Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certificate. Her extensive industry experience includes roles such as Lead Training and Development Specialist and Professional Coding Quality Supervisor. She has been integral in the development and implementation of various health and coding programs, while also passing on her expertise as a medical billing instructor.
